It’s never too soon to be prepared!  Here are some helpful tips and KEY items to be paying special attention to for the upcoming Holiday Season.  With our experience and YOUR feedback…being proactive and organized now, will ensure a SUCCESSFUL AND PROFITABLE HOLIDAY SEASON!  Let’s get started:

  • Assess your current inventory:  All items working properly?  Do you have any products that need maintenance?  Customer’s lights organized and ready to go?
  • What is your marketing plan?:  Do you have items in place to market to your existing customers?  What about new prospects?  Stuffers, door hangers, direct mail, etc.
  • Look like a professional Holiday Decorator:  Place an order for you vehicle graphics, crew apparel, yard signs, etc.
  • Product Knowledge:  Are you familiar with all of the products available to you and your customers?  Have you seen the New Products section of the website?
  • Utilize Technology and Software:  The NEW Estimator Software will be a huge time saver for you and your clients.  Not to mention the professionalism of having a detailed/itemized breakdown of charges for  them.   The Holiday Decorator is a key component to up-selling existing customers and attracting new ones!  The Decorator Software is LOADED with lighting and decor options.  In fact…it is being updated and improved with more products to choose from at this very moment!
  • Establish a TIMELINE FOR SUCCESS:  Outlined below are some great examples of what you and your team should be doing starting now thru December:

AUGUST (3-5 hrs. per week)

Contact commercial contacts for possible bids (5-10 per week)

Intro. letter to existing clients

Order vehicle graphics, (wraps or magnetic) Sales and Crew Apparel

Research zip codes, home value, annual income, etc.  for direct mail marketing
