Warranty Request Form

Please fill out the following information to process a warranty request, this request is for one item at a time.  Holiday Bright Lights understands Christmas lighting isn’t a perfected art, as much as we would like it to be.  Holiday Bright Lights will always stand behind it’s product and work with our members to make our product line as prefected as possible. 

Warranty Policy (which is located on the inside cover of the Member Pricelist):

Holiday Bright Lights lighted displays and foliage are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 seasons from date of purchase.  Foliage fading is not covered under warranty as foliage may change color depending on exposure level to UV rays.  Warranty for lighted displays covers all frames and mounting hardware.

Replace burned out or broken bulbs immediately.  Burned out or broken bulbs shorten the life of all other bulbs in the set.  Broken, faded, or burned out bulbs, bulb covers and fuses are not covered under warranty and the replacement of bulbs and fuses is the responsibility of the user.  Spare bulbs, fuses, and caps are included with each product.

Return Policy:

The retention of goods by the Buyer or for he benefit of the Buyer shall constitute an unconditional and absolute acceptance by the buyer.  Therefore, we can not accept any product returns, unless for merchandise that meets the reqirements under our warranty policy.  Product returned to Holiday Bright Lights through no fault of the company will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.  Errors in billing and shipping must be reported in writing to Holiday Bright Lights within five business days from the receipt of the shipment.  NO RETURNS AFTER CHRISTMAS, ALL APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
