Returns Policy
You may return products within (3) business days of the delivery date, under the following terms and conditions:
- All returns must be pre-approved by Holiday Bright Lights, Inc (HBL), by contacting Customer Service at csr@holidaybrightlights.com. Upon approval of return, a RA number will be issued. The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be clearly indicated on the Shipping Label Only and NOT on the outer packaging of the returned product, along with the customer’s return address. Returns without a RA# on the shipping label or without proper documentation will not be processed and may be refused. Contact Customer Service for any RA request at 402-932-5321.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges of returned product and must be prepaid. An original proof of purchase (invoice or online order receipt) is required to process the return. Product must be received by Holiday Bright Lights before credit is issued. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refundable cost of products that are not being returned due to manufacturer’s defects or shipping errors on the part of Holiday Bright Lights, Inc. This includes all returns for ordering too much product, ordering the wrong product, dislike of the product once it is delivered, etc. If the product qualified under a free shipping offer, then the customer will have the original, actual outgoing shipping cost deducted prior to a refund being given.
- No returns accepted after the 3rd business day of the delivery date.
- Returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they are resalable.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to all applicable shipping cost.
- Upon receipt and review by our shipping department, certain items may be designated non-returnable due to returned condition.
- Errors in billing and shipping must be reported in writing to HBL within three (3) business days from receipt of the shipment.
Refunds/Credits
- No refunds will be given for defective products. Replacement product or a merchandise credit will be offered.
- If items meet the criteria for a qualifying return as described above, a refund or account credit will be issued within 7 business days.
- In order to receive your qualified refund or exchange, the items must be received at our warehouse within 15 calendar days of issuing the RA#. If you are unable to return the items within the specified time, please contact customer service for an extension.
